Thank you too – what a wonderful evening. He was as you say a delight. I had always known he was a good actor but I had never seen that charm and warmth and humanity before. Keepup the fundraising
Must congratulat you on your auctioning skills. I was sitting next to the guy who went up to five grand for your book signed by you and tony and kevin. his wife looked sick with worry and held his hand tightly when he stopped!
Are you suggesting Ken ain’t up to it. Must say Go Kevin Go has a nice ring. But then I’m an Aussie who thought we made a mistake getting rid of Mr rudd
An absolutely enchanting and wonderfully entertaining evening in the company of the mesmirising Mr Kevin Spacey – thoroughly enjoyed every second.
I hope the night raised a large amount of funds for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research – thank you Mr Campbell.
Truly excellent night. The bonus for this addict to the psycho drama/soap opera of the New Labour years was spotting Ms F Millar in the loo. Credit to the sisterhood, that woman.
Thanks again for a great evening and for all your charity work. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Kevin. As members of the Old Vic Club, we know how hard he works. Kevin for Mayor? Why not: after all, he did say he’ll have to find a new dream once his time at the Vic is up (in 2015)!
Did anyone ask him who was Kaiser Soze? I still haven’t figured it out……
I agree with Laura, London 2015!, maybe for a lady victim for a ‘special audience’ Dame Judi Dench, i think that would get bums on seats and money in the coffers! Superb evening last night Kevin was entertaining as ever and a fun way to raise money!
I wish I could have been there – it sounds a wonderful evening. Do you know if it was filmed and if it will appear on tv, or a website or youtube? I do hope so!
