Hi Ali. Glad to see you are around, today, not in Albania, or France, or god forbid, that US of A… Dylan the Thomas is 101 today, 27th Oct, so my poem and vid combo I have done. Any good? : ) Includes that fella George Orwell, which rumour has it, they met, once or twice…
Dylan met George
I’m sure it is true,
someone told me,
maybe 1948,
but know certainly not
1984.
Just before their both deaths,
atom bombs about,
pigs at the trough,
of new power,
about.
Would have like to have been
a fly on the wall,
within that room,
what they chatted about,
no doubt MAD.
No doubt saying it is touch and go,
for us now,
us now finding how to irradiate people,
making them glow,
making ghosts.
A device to end all wars,
as if they believed that,
Korea soon came along,
them human robots now,
in it’s north.
Back and for,
to this day,
russkies and yanks,
at their play,
the biggest stage.
They would have just simply said,
man is man, it’s destiny,
all mad as bunny hatters,
will destroy the Earth,
until nothing is left, but scraps.
The vid I did, to accompany, it,

Hi Ali. Melissa my young Ohio US 23 year old online mate, that we do occasionally too snail mail, even for these days, liked my poem and vid above, so she did this vid, maybe with on my mad hatters line influenced… It is simply BRILLIANT! Yes? : )

The “Back and for” verse six ~ edit: “Back and fore”. typo fingers thing. I need an editor… : )
A little while ago I wondered how many of those new ‘members’ buying their £3 vote during the leadership election could be something other than right-wingers hoping to install someone the general public had so little information about and all of that influence the party’s future.
I’m wondering now how many were actually the type of ghoul that drifts in here from time to time to drop a message about Saddam (apparently having never believed he was the source of Assad’s chemical weapons)?
If one doesn’t even try to stop genocide do we become (or stay) party to it?
