It’s always depressing when a politician declares that they are believers of whatever faith they’re associated with.
What happened to relying on evidence for what you accept?
Faith is the excuse for believing something that has no evidence.
Religion is mostly geographical. You believe what you were told as a child, that’s why Wes Streeting is Christian and not Muslim or Hindu.
A cursory read of any holy book exposes the abject nonsense and hypocrisy of the chosen faith.
Indoctrination is a powerful tool.
